Annet Mahendru

Mahendru a Russian Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well as Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father, and mother of a Russian mom. She choreographed an 11-year old performance which led to her being a German TV appearance as an Russian Snow Maiden. She transforms into a jovial Indian Dancer. After graduating of New York's top high school, she earned her bachelor's in English degree from St. John's University. In her high school years, she took classes in acting at HB but left for improv classes at Groundlings School. She then performed in a variety of comedy roles. She was raised in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, as well as Russian-speaking mom Olga. The couple divorced when she turned 13 years old old and she was moved to East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans.
